Came in to inquire a trade in value for my car. Eder spoke with me and helped me out tremendously! We ended up taking a test drive in the Miata I had my eyes on, had pleasant conversations and nothing felt awkward or stressful. Throughout the process Eder did not once make me feel nervous or intimidated, coming into this dealership as a young woman I was convinced I would be judged or even so made as an easy target for sales. Eder worked with my requests and we agreed on a great deal. I love my 2002 Mazda Miata so much :) hehe thank you!

Shad Kates was amazing to work with. He was very communicative and was timely with sharing information I requested. We were able to do the entire deal remotely - the only things we had to do at the dealership were finalize the appraisal of my trade, test drive the new car, and sign the paperwork. I was in and out in practically no time at all. It couldn’t have been easier. Also, a big shout out to Sean n the finance office - he was super easy to work with as well. It was well worth the drive to Athens (an hour away) to do business with this dealership. I would highly recommend Shad, Sean, and Phil Hughes Honda to anyone in the market for a Honda (or anything else they have).

I finally decided to trade in my 2012 Honda Accord with almost 206,000 miles, even though it still runs great. I found a 2021 Honda Accord that looked promising online so I traveled to Phil Hughes Honda in Athens. Gray S. was the salesman who assisted me, and after patiently showing me the car of interest and two others that caught my attention, I decided on the original 2021 model. Gray was very knowledgeable and friendly, and more importantly, not at all pushy! He helped me see the positives associated with each purchase and ultimately I prioritized staying within the budget I had set for myself before my visit. The financial officer, Sean H. Was equally as friendly and helpful. He worked to get me an even lower interest rate than I had anticipated, along with a great warranty on the certified pre-owned vehicle I purchased. The car I traded in was also one purchased at this location in 2012, and it never gave me any mechanical issues and performed beautifully for 11 years, so I’m confident my recent purchase will provide me with years of maintenance free service. Thanks to Gray and Sean, my car buying experience was painless and I’m very satisfied and happy with my new Accord! Now if I can just remember how to use all this new technology…
