You all are free to call me but you will always get the same answer.  Phil Hughes is the bomb!  Not sure why no else is able to do what you all do but, every time I come in, it is a great experience, I feel that the time I wait on my service is a resaonable amount of time, everyone is very polite from the person checking me in to the ladies that deal with the invoice.  I really can't put my finger on exactly what it is that you all do right, but I have found every one of my sevice visits to be an enjoyable experience.

Thank you for your efforts to help us out last week!  It's not often in this unforgiving world we live in that someone takes the time/effort to help someone out and actually try to do "the right thing" if it's a little more than "standard procedure".  You guys have made my family feel very special and we wanted to thank you for that.  Ya'll are the best!

Richard drove me home, telling me stories about the Georgia Bulldogs and the UGA athletic tradition.  After he dropped me off at my front door, I walked inside feeling very tired and very grateful.  A great many kind people, several among them from Phil Hughes Honda, came to my assistance today.  I wish that I knew all their names.  Because of them, I an now back in my home, safe and happy.

My husband and I purchased a 2005 Honda Odyssey this past December and have very pleased with the behicle.

There were a couple of things I wanted the mechanic to check out so I brought it back yesterday, (2/7/08) for servicing. 

Both my husband and I dealt with Ashley Murray.  We both were very impressed Ashley.  He is extremely professional, courteous, and friendly and has a great "can-do" attitude.  Ashley treated us as if we were his only customer.  He answered my questions and treated me with respect.  The one thing I am impressed with is that he shook my hand and looked me in the eye when he addressed me.  Sometimes, service personnel don't treat women with the same respect as they do another man so I was very pleased with his winning personality.  I had explained to Ashley that I needed to be at work at 8:00 a.m. so he made arrangements for the shuttle to take me to work.

I also want to commend your shuttle driver, Smitty.  He was very courteous and is a very good driver.

Too many times, management hears only the complaints about personnel but I believe it is important to also give credit where credit is due.  Please express our thanks to Ashley and Smitty for doing such a great job.

That one-on-one customer service after the sale is the thing that will encourage us to spread the good word about Phil Hughes Honda.

I took possession of my new Odyssey, which I purchased from your dealership.  I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you and your staff for your wonderful service in making this purchase.  I have purchased a number of vehicles over the years, and have never had such a pleasant and hassle-free experience from a dealership.  During the course of my dealing with Phil Hughes, I was assisted by D Wilcher, with whom I negotiated the sale, Chuck Fleming, who gave me a great price for my trade-in, Jerry Gay, who handled the financial aspect, and Bob Mitchell, who gave me a loaner car until my Odyssey arrived and checked me into my new vehicle.  Each of these men was extremely helpful and  solicitous.

In sum, these men at Phil Hughes Honda did everything they said they would do for me, made sure that all of my needs were taken care of, and ensured that there were no surprises.  The end result was that I would not consider going anywhere else but your dealership the next time I purchase a Honda.
